活动背景

Event Background

为深入贯彻碳达峰战略部署，培育青年气候治理人才，中国碳核算数据库（CEADs）团队持续打造学术交流平台，已成功举办六届碳核算主题夏令营。首届活动即吸引全球150余所高校的160多位跨年龄层学者参与，构建起国际化的学术协作网络。值此全球碳中和行动加速推进之际，CEADs团队将于2025年举办第七届碳核算夏令营，聚焦碳核算技术创新与国际科研合作。

本届夏令营汇聚中国科学院、国际知名科研机构院士专家组成导师团队，面向全球青年学者及小学者开设系统性课程。通过前沿学术讲座行业案例研讨等多元形式，深度剖析"双碳"政策体系、碳足迹核算方法学突破及全球气候治理趋势。活动特别设置跨国科研组队实践环节，旨在培养具有战略视野的碳中和领域复合型人才，为构建全球气候治理共同体提供智力支持。

To thoroughly implement the carbon peaking strategic initiatives and cultivate young talents in climate governance, the China Emission Accounts and Datasets (CEADs) team has been dedicated to building an academic exchange platform, having successfully organized six editions of carbon accounting-themed summer schools. The inaugural event attracted over 160 multi-generational scholars from more than 150 universities worldwide, establishing an international academic collaboration network. As global carbon neutrality efforts accelerate, CEADs will host its seventh Carbon Accounting Summer School in 2025, focusing on technological innovation in carbon accounting and international scientific cooperation.

This year's program assembles a distinguished mentor team comprising academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and globally renowned research institutions, offering systematic courses for young scholars and junior scholars worldwide. Through cutting-edge academic lectures, industry case studies, and other diversified formats, the summer school will conduct in-depth analyses of the "dual-carbon" policy framework, methodological breakthroughs in carbon footprint accounting, and global climate governance trends. A specially designed cross-border research team practice module aims to nurture interdisciplinary talents with strategic foresight in carbon neutrality, providing intellectual support for building a global climate governance community.

英文研究组介绍

2024年CEADs夏令营的英文研究组以跨国科研协作为核心，搭建起辐射全球的学术交流平台，汇聚牛津大学、剑桥大学、巴黎政治学院等多所国际顶尖学府的青年科研精英。研究者围绕新兴经济体国家碳排放等研究方向展开深度研究，系统提升参与者的跨区域数据分析能力与政策模拟水平，为全球气候治理提供青年学术方案。

The English Research Group of the 2024 CEADs Summer School focused on international research collaboration, creating a globally connected academic platform that brought together young scholars from world-renowned institutions such as the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, and the Paris Institute of Political Studies. Researchers conducted in-depth studies, including carbon emissions in emerging economies, and systematically enhanced participants' cross-regional data analysis and policy simulation skills. Through comparative case studies and scenario modelling, the group generated actionable academic solutions to support global climate governance.

小学者组介绍

小学者组专为14-16周岁青少年设计，致力于培养双碳领域未来人才。入选营员通过学习掌握专业软件操作完成学术课题，强化数据分析与跨学科思维能力。活动兼顾趣味性与互动性，如哈尔滨城市探索、团队协作任务等实践环节，最终以可视化报告与路演答辩形式输出研究成果，激发青少年科学探索内生动力。

Designed for teenagers aged 14–16, the Junior Scholars Group aimed to cultivate future talent in the dual-carbon field. Participants mastered specialized software tools to complete academic projects, strengthening their data analysis skills and interdisciplinary thinking. The program blended education with engagement through hands-on activities like Harbin city exploration and team-based challenges. Outcomes were presented in the form of visual reports and roadshow-style presentations, fostering intrinsic motivation for scientific inquiry among young learners.

Note: A certificate of participation in the Carbon Neutrality of Tsinghua University will be issued at the end of the summer school, and there will be an opportunity to select the best team/best individual award.

本次活动特设英文研究组（3组，每组8-10人），要求精通英文并与中国及外国青年学者共同完成团队工作。有意报名参加者请于2025年5月31日前将简历+一篇代表性工作论文（中英文）发送至邮箱：Ceads2025@163.com。邮件主题命名为“2025夏令营-英文组-姓名-所在机构”。

小学者组招募：

Recruiment for Junior Scholars

本次活动特设小学者组（共16人），要求年龄14周岁-16周岁，面向中国及全球小学者招募，精通英文交流、文献查找及写作者优先。

小学者组性格纪律要求：

一、性格特质

1.学术热忱：对跨学科知识有好奇心，乐于主动探索问题，具备基础学术研究意识。

2.开放包容：尊重文化多样性，能积极与不同背景的营员协作，适应国际化交流环境。

3.交流协作：在学术任务或团队合作中遇到挑战时，能保持冷静并通过交流沟通寻求解决方案。

二、纪律规范

1.学术自律：按时完成小组研究任务，严禁抄袭或学术不端行为；使用正规数据库进行文献查找。

2.安全守则：未经小导师允许不得擅自离营、不外出；夜间22:00前需在酒店点名报到。

3.学习纪律：白天集体学习期间禁用手机（紧急情况需提前申请），确保专注参与研讨。

小学者申请需完全满足以上纪律规范。报名参加者请于2025年5月31日前将简历发送至邮箱：Ceads2025@163.com。邮件主题命名为“2025夏令营-小学者组-姓名-就读学校”。在投递简历后，CEADs团队将对小学者进行面试录取。

This event features a special Junior Scholars Group (8-10 participants), open to applicants aged 14–16 years old from China and globally. Priority will be given to candidates proficient in communication, academic research, and writing.

To ensure the quality of CEADs summer shool, junior scholars applications are required to fully satisfy the following disciplinary norms:

I.Personality Requirements:

1. Academic Curiosity: Demonstrate a passion for interdisciplinary learning, proactive problem-solving, and foundational research skills.

2.Cultural Openness:Respect diverse perspectives, collaborate effectively with peers from varied backgrounds, and thrive in an international setting.

3. Teamwork & Communication: Stay composed during challenges and resolve conflicts through constructive dialogue.

II. Discipline Standards

1. Academic Integrity: Submit group research tasks on time; plagiarism or academic misconduct is strictly prohibited. Use reputable academic databases for research.

2.Safety Rules: Do not leave the camp without mentor approval. All participants must check in at the hotel by 22:00 daily for attendance.

3. Learning Focus: Mobile phones are prohibited during group study sessions (emergency use requires prior mentor approval) to ensure active participation.

夏令营期间，在各协办单位的支持下，CEADs团队为营员们准备了丰富多彩的外出活动，包含红色基地参访学习、户外水枪大战、夏日晚会活动等，中外学子和小学者们积极参加，建立了深厚的友谊。

During the summer school, CEADs have prepared a variety of activities for participants, including visiting the base of Chinese history of revolution, enjoying Harbin's local cultural shows, and participating in water-gun battles. Both Chinese and foreign students and junior scholars have actively participated and established deep friendships.

2024年首届中法碳中和暑期学校暨中国碳核算数据库夏令营在哈尔滨举办。闭幕式上，来自不同国家、不同年龄、不同学校、不同研究方向的营员以夏令营期间的研究成果为主要内容，展开了激烈的路演比拼。最终，小学者组获得了最佳团队之一的荣誉。

The inaugural China-France Carbon Neutrality Summer School in conjunction with the 2024 CEADs Summer School was convened in Harbin. At the closing ceremony, campers with different background competed in a rigorous exhibition, postered their research findings.In the end,the junior scholar group was triumphant in its categorization as one of the most proficient teams.

因为我之前学习的重心主要是物理，这是第一次接触环境科学、地理科学这一类学科，感觉一切都富有挑战性。经过这几天的学习，我收获了很多。比如说我们新接触了一个绘图软件CDR，感觉它的功能非常的强大，在实际操作过程中能够发现很多有意思的用途。在参加这个夏令营之前，我一直都不知道原来地图绘制有好几百种投影方式，生成出来的图像也有不同的用途，我就觉得还蛮神奇的。

我们小学者组现在在做一个油气发电产能特征分析，一开始大家都没有头绪，也不知道要分析什么。但是在带教老师的指导下，我们仔细分析了数据，发现了很多值得讨论的地方，比如说不同地方的发电技术是不一样的，那么我们就要结合地理特征来讨论为什么会有这种情况。总体来说，我非常享受这个学习和分析的过程。

可以跟非常优秀的同学和学长学姐们一起学习，感觉自己的能力得到了很大的提升，最大的收获就是学到了面对课题项目时应该具备的思维方式，找到了属于自己的思路。

我学到了很多新的东西。哈尔滨是一个很好玩的城市，我的队友们、学长学姐们还有老师们都非常的优秀，是我们的榜样。在这次夏令营中我们每个人都提出了对于研究题目自己的见解，大家在交流过程中互相学习。我也学会了一些我之前从没接触过的软件的使用方法，总之受益良多。
